Frogs, ants, and snakes...Oh My!

Hello!
I have somehow connected to a wireless network, so I wanted to post a little something I have been thinking about for a while - how my home is kind of a like a nature show! Here are some of the interesting and bizarre (and sometimes a bit scary) creatures that I live with:

-Ants - they come in such a variety of sizes. Some are HUGE and others are so tiny. Either way, they are usually hanging around.
-Snakes - well, actually I have only seen one in my house and I am fine keeping it at that!
-Geckos - there are these little albino geckos that scurry around. They are my friends!
-Snails and Slugs - I have only seen a few, and usually in the bathroom.
-Cockroaches - I have actually only seen one of these guys, and that was this morning!
-Lizards - BIG versions of the geckos. I haven't really bonded with them yet.
-Spiders - of course!
-Worms - they are pretty small, and sometimes even cute!
-Mosquitoes - we have kind of a love/hate relationship. They LOVE me, and I hate them.
-Frogs - so far, they are just cute little frogs that hop around.
- Other various flies/bugs/etc.

It took me some time to get adjusted to rooming with all of these creatures, but I think I am at a point where I can laugh about it and appreciate the beauty of nature! Plus, it keeps me guessing - I never know who will be waiting for me when I open my door!

Hope you're having a great weekend!

Love,
Kate
